POCONO MANOR INVESTORS, LLP PLANS TO APPEAL PENNSYLVANIA GAMING CONTROL BOARD'S CATEGORY 2 "AT-LARGE" LICENSING DECISION

Through its representing attorneys, Guy Michael and Robert Carroll, Pocono Manor Investors LLP announced on February 6th its intent to appeal the decision rendered by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regarding its awarding of the Category 2 "At-Large" slot machine licenses.

On Thursday, February 1, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board released official "Orders" and "Adjudications" providing its reasons for its decisions in awarding the Category 2 "At-Large" licenses. That release triggered a 30-day time period within which parties objecting to the Board's findings can appeal to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
